We recommend General rules
to prepare a good herbal tea: Use non-chlorinated water, possibly little calcareous. After boiling water read the following suggestions depending on the herbal tea you want to prepare. Herbal teas with rose-hips and berries: use hot but not scalding water. Let tea brew 7/8 minutes. Herbal teas with seeds and roots: boil the tea bag for 2 minutes, then let it steep 7/8 minutes. Desert tea: steep a sweet mint tea bag in 150 ml of boiling water. After 5 minutes add a green tea bag. Let brew 3/4 minutes, remove tea bags, let it cool and serve lukewarm. Reviving and thirst-quenching. Iced teas: steep 6 tea bags in a litre of boiling water and add ½ lemon juice. Sweeten to taste and let brew for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags, let cool normally or pour over ice. Keep in the refrigerator. Drinks recommended cold: following the recipe for iced teas you can make thirst-quenching and refreshing drinks for summer. We recommend: green tea (6 tea bags/litre), bilberry and raspberry (7 tea bags/litre), desert tea, verbena and mallow - lemon (respectively 4 and 3 tea bags/litre), chamomile, verbena and fennel (respectively 1, 4 and 2 tea bags/litre).
